I have been waiting for 2 months and I haven’t receive my order yet. Moreover, I send 3 emails to service but I didn’t receive any replying messages back. I just want to know when I will receive my order?
Ordered on Aug 08, haven't received the item yet.
Placed an order 4 weeks ago. Asked you on your website 6 days ago when I can expect delivery. I have not received a single message or email detailing it’s delivery or even acknowledging that I contacted you. Are you in the habit of receiving money and not delivering? Then you prospective customers would you view that as charlatan. Especially when you are company starting out.
I had my eye on this since the new MacBooks don’t have MagSafe anymore. It took a month to get here, which was kinda annoying but it’s alright. The magnet is a little too weak in my opinion, but it does the job regardless. It’s a good product and I’d recommend this.
Good, but room for improvement. My biggest complaint is that the magnetic part needs to be stronger, say 50% to 100%. It's far too easy to even partially detach. Also, there should be a note that says that it can work with USB-C 3.1, but only with the appropriate cable.
